Premium pet-grooming brand led by the original inventor of the Furminator. I own nearly every operational and technical layer — from the decoupled commerce stack to global manufacturing, finance, and channels.
⊕ The mandate
- Shipped a decoupled React + Magento + Strapi (GraphQL) stack with Twilio 2FA, social login, and i18nPro/Crowdin
- Built Referral, Dealer/Wholesale, and HubSpot Owner portals; KYC, W-8/W-9, 1099 automation, Plaid/Stripe/PayPal payouts
- Established Avalara AvaTax SST as tax truth and a custom QuickBooks COA for finance integrity
- Led industrial design (CAD→DFM), QA (Intertek/PROQC), and multi-region 3PL (ShipBob US/EU/UK/CA/AU)
